 The peruvians will have the First KISS expo on October 30th, the peruvian KISS fans will make the first KISS Expo, The Expo will consist : exhibition of KISS stuff, merchandising, videos, so it will finish with a big tribute unplugged concert (Cold Gin band)
The KISS Expo Peru will be in Lima, Peru (Expo Centro, Av. Benavides 347, Miraflores)

I was at a Kansas City Royals baseball game last week when they started playing 'Shout it out Loud' with a caricature in lights of you (Gene) on the huge outfield scoreboard.

I found out the night before the Detroit show, this summer, that I would have a chance to meet the band. I stopped work and spent the night creating these illustrations so I could give them to Gene and Paul. It turned out to be well worth it as Gene just laughed out loud, called Eric over and told me, "this is the greatest." It made my day. I thought maybe other fans would like to see the art so I am sending it so you can post it in your site if you would like.

Went to Vegas for some business and was invited to attend the DE LA HOYA/HOPKINS fight. I was at ringside. Amazing. Two great warriors. Hopkins won in the 8th round, I believe. But, it could have easily been De La Hoya.

 I was listening to 95.5 WPLJ this morning here in NYC. they said you were scheduled to call in RE: Third watch ......... what happened? I am a daily listener of that station and want to tell you (since you probably don't listen much to radio) that Scott Shannon of "The Scott & Todd Show" always gives KISS much respect! He always keeps the listeners up to date on KISS tours, Birthdays, TV appearances and solo releases etc. They even have a segment on Fridays called "Flush the format" where they play what they like & what the listeners email in. KISS has always been a part of that.Just wanted to let you know that they good guys and have always been positive towards KISS and if you have the time, shoot them a call ......... THEY deserve it! Thanks for the forum, Gene.

I apologize. I blew it. My fault. I was given the morning schedule and I started at 7 am LA time, when I should have started at 6 am. I tried calling back later in the interview schedule, but it was too late. My fault.

Just a quick note to let those of you who may have read the TV GUIDE online interview I did recently: I disavow the interview and the context the quotes attributed to me. In simple terms, the writer decided to paraphrase my quotes and take them out of context.
As an example, if you said "I really hate people who come up to me and think they're all that...", you might be surprised if there was a quote attributed to you that said "I really hate people".
Anything taken out of context can affect meaning.
I'm surprised at the decision by TV GUIDE to allow their writers to paraphrase interviews. I will always stand by what I say. But, I will never stand by what someone PARAPHRASES what I say.
An amateurish example of reporting.

 I went to the last NFL Pre-Season Game with the Dallas Cowboys against the Kansas City Cheifs (and of course I had to go for the Cowboys because they are my favorite team) and throughout the entire game they kept playing "Rock & Roll All Nite" and the last time it was on the entire Texas Stadium sang along with the chorus. And whenever I go to a Cowboys game (3-4 Times Every Season) I hear at least two KISS songs every game.

The President of a TOY COMPANY came by to discuss a brand new line of merchandise. We discussed new dolls, set pieces, jewelry, T-shirts and more. The idea is to co-op: Merge two existing entities. I'm being vague until this moves closer to reality.
And, spoke with the President of one of the largest GAMER COMPANIES about doing an electronic game. More news to follow.
And, spoke with the President of one of the largest cable outlets to discuss MY DAD THE ROCK STAR, and a potential US television window.
SPEAKING IN TONGUES is soon to be an AUDIO BOOK/cd. You'll be able to get some of the stuff on our DVD version, as well as some previously unheard material from my Australian Lecture Tour. Coming soon.
ASSHOLE (the album) is soon to be available in Surround Sound. The first attempts at it were not to my satisfaction. But, we are working towards finishing it soon.
Am involved in a new BOXING VENTURE. Too early to give specs. But, it I can say, this may be one of the most exciting new projects I've been working on with my partners.

The band will be covered in flowers , in a wagon made of steel.
The wagon is 20 by 5 mtr. long and 9 mtr. high.
There's gonna be about 350.000 (THREEHUNDERDFIFTY THOUSAND) of them Dahlia's on the wagon, wich is called "Fan Art".
The Dahlia's will all be put on the wagon one by one. (Handmade as you will...)

NEW YORK (AP) -- How would the guys from "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" make over the black and white makeup of Kiss? We may get to find out.
Gene Simmons, the tongue-wagging bassist of Kiss, is considering an appearance on the Bravo reality show. On his web site, Simmons says that producers for the show have asked him join the Fab Five for an episode.
"They called me and asked me if I would do it. I'm a fan of the show. We may shoot on the 28th of September," Simmons says.
Bravo did not immediately return calls seeking a comment.
"Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" is in its second season, airing on Bravo at 10 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesdays.""
